I Dodici is a London based consort, founded in October 2016.
The group is conducted by Gabriel Chernick and comprises twelve singers from a variety of backgrounds, including alumni choral scholars of Oxford and Cambridge, Durham and UCL, as well as London Conservatoires.
Although their home is St James's Church Sussex Gardens, they have performed at many other renowned London venues including St Martin-in-the-Fields, Southwark Cathedral, St Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, St George's Chapel Windsor, Canterbury Cathedral, Exeter College Oxford and the Queen's Chapel of the Savoy as part of the Brandenburg Festival.
In 2019 they embarked on their first international tour to Paris, where they performed in the Grand Amphithéâtre of the Sorbonne with the PSL Choir of Paris and had the privilege of being the final choir to perform in Notre Dame before the tragic fire.
Next year holds many exciting performances including a concert at Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir, evensong at Guildford Cathedral, a return to St Paul's and Westminster Abbey, as well as their first UK tour (COVID permitting).
